The Winning Inning is excited to announce this service! Who: The Scouting Service is available to High School players, College players, Free Agents, and Professional players. What: The Scouting Service will include a full oral and written evaluation to the player and the parents. Purpose: 1.   To evaluate the player at his current level (High School, College, Professional) 2.   To give an analysis of the player's current ability and future physical potential 3.   To give advice on direction (Junior College, NAIA, DI, DII, DIII, Professional) Evaluator: Roy Silver Skills evaluated include, but are not limited to: 60 yard dash, swing analysis, radar gun for pitchers, arm strength, power analysis, catchers will throw from home to 2nd base for time, etc. Cost: $150.00 Appointments: Please contact our office at 727-797-9090 and an appointment will be set up with Roy Silver.  This evaluation process will take approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours. This service is not used to rank a player against other players.  The advice is unique to each individual. The Winning Inning only makes recommendations.
